Collaborating with Higher Institutions globally, the GLOCAL steering committee oversees the subunits of GLOCAL, such as its conferences, publications, media, collaborations, scholarship, and consultancy. As such, hosting of each respective conference is delegated to respective universities for this, annually. Its publications and media are managed by their own respective sub steering and editorial committees. GLOCAL consultancies are organized through unique agreements.
GLOCAL is fully Non-Profit. All funding for GLOCAL projects is transferred directly to needy bodies and groups, and to collaborating institutions. Funding bodies for GLOCAL projects include financial institutions, ethnic communities, and research organizations. The GLOCAL is committed to ensure the disseminating of funds to needy bodies and individuals, and to distribute all monies with full ethical appropriation and transparency. Monies hence do not exist in any GLOCAL accounts where The GLOCAL does not accept monies in any way. Financial information is available for stakeholders and affiliates.
The GLOCAL Central Committee (https://glocal.soas.ac.uk/central-committee/) delegates responsibility for each annual GLOCAL to a chosen Institution. This institution manages the respective GLOCAL conference, its finances and its success. The duties of Committees are organized at the onset of planning of each conference. The Annual GLOCAL Conference committee thus works with the Scientific Committee to organize all Sub Committees to manage the Annual Conference.
The GLOCAL management works with respective Annually selected Hosting Institutions throughout Asia, and globally. These Institutions constitute high caliber, major affiliates, which act to expand the GLOCAL. As such, each Annual GLOCAL Conferences are hosted and managed completely by these institutions, and all correspondence regarding each GLOCAL conference is made with these Institutions (see here)
