The GLOCAL Anthrologue discussions document the scholars over a series of ‘acacasts.’ The first of these discussions is centrally an introduction to the scholar, their work, their networks, their theoretical and conceptual underpinnings, their upcoming short term and long term work, and their views of other fields pertinent to current linguistic anthropology.
Framework 2
The GLOCAL Anthrologue discussions at times cross over into the LIAISE project, but offer a much more extended two-way discussion between the scholar in focus and Anthrologue. While the discussions are long, such length is necessary in order to flesh out ideas and theories in discussion, and to allow the rhetoric to evolve through a scaffolding process.
Framework 3
The GLOCAL Anthrologue series scholars are those who sit on the GLOCAL Scientific Committee. In order to be included into the series, scholars must be included into the committee, that is, nominated, voted on, and selected through due diligence. Following this inclusion into the GLOCAL Scientific Committee or RAC, then another selection process is required, after which, the scholar is invited to the Anthrologue acacast.
