ABOUT THIS SESSION
In the LIAISE 1-7 interview by CALA, Boellstorff discusses the significance of providing legs in scholarship, so as to surpass limitations of trends. Boellstorff notes that refuting previous work frequently limits the intellectual quality of work, and the epistemological quality of Anthropology. Boellstorff tactfully reframes Animal studies as work on Animals to circumnavigate limitations on epistemological trends.
